Welcome to Project X.

Project X provides digital product development services, including web applications, mobile applications, AI-powered applications, business software, e-commerce platforms, restaurant technology, integrations, deployment, and ongoing technical support.

By accessing our website, contacting us, requesting our services, or entering into a project with Project X, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Project X

Project X provides custom software and digital product development services for businesses. Our services may include:

  • Web application and mobile application development
  • Custom business software, management systems, and AI solutions
  • E-commerce and restaurant applications
  • Data and analytics solutions, API and third-party integrations
  • Cloud, deployment, software maintenance, and support

Project scope depends on the individual agreement between Project X and the client.

2. Project Agreements

Before development begins, Project X and the client may agree on project requirements, features and functionality, technology, deliverables, timeline, development milestones, pricing, payment schedule, support period, ownership and licensing, and third-party services. The agreed project proposal, statement of work, quotation, or service agreement takes priority over general information presented on this website.

3. Project Scope

Project X develops software according to the requirements agreed with the client. Requests outside the original project scope may be treated as additional work and may require additional development time, fees, a revised delivery schedule, or a separate agreement. Project X will communicate significant scope changes before carrying out additional work.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for the project. This may include business requirements, content, images, logos, product information, credentials where necessary, API keys, third-party service information, and applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Delays caused by missing information, approvals, credentials, content, or client decisions may affect the project timeline.

5. Payments

Project pricing and payment schedules will be agreed before development begins. Depending on the project, payments may be divided into milestones:

Project Start → Development → Delivery → Launch
  • Development work may begin after the agreed initial payment.
  • Additional work may require additional payment.
  • Third-party costs are normally separate from Project X development fees.
  • Taxes, payment gateway charges, hosting, domain, cloud infrastructure, licenses, and other external costs may be charged separately where applicable.

6. Changes and Revisions

Reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope may be included. Requests that significantly change the original requirements may be considered a new scope of work. Project X may provide a revised quotation or timeline for substantial changes.

7. Delivery and Launch

Project X will make reasonable efforts to deliver projects according to the agreed timeline. Delivery dates may depend on project complexity, client feedback, required information, third-party services, infrastructure, technical dependencies, and scope changes. A project may be considered delivered when agreed deliverables have been completed and made available to the client.

8. Third-Party Services

Applications may depend on cloud providers, payment gateways, AI providers, email and SMS services, authentication providers, maps, analytics, hosting providers, domain registrars, and external APIs. Project X is not responsible for outages, pricing or policy changes, security incidents, API changes, or interruptions caused by third-party providers. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom project deliverables is governed by the project agreement. Client-provided materials remain the property of the client or their respective owners. Project X may retain ownership of pre-existing code, internal frameworks, reusable components, development tools, libraries, templates, generic technical methods, and internal processes. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses.

11. Client Content

The client is responsible for ensuring that supplied content, images, trademarks, documents, data, and other materials can legally be used. The client must not provide material that violates applicable law, infringes intellectual-property rights, contains unauthorized personal information or malicious software, or is fraudulent or deceptive.

12. Security

Project X aims to follow reasonable software-development and security practices. However, no software system or internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate security for their accounts, credentials, infrastructure, and business processes.

13. Maintenance and Support

Maintenance and support are provided only when included in the project agreement or a separate maintenance arrangement. Support may include bug fixes, technical assistance, updates, monitoring, and minor improvements. Major new features or changes may require a separate development agreement.

14. Website Information

Information on the Project X website is provided for general informational purposes. Project examples, technologies, descriptions, pricing information, and service availability may change over time. Project X does not guarantee that every service, technology, feature, or offering shown will always be available.

15. Portfolio and Case Studies

With the client's permission or where contractually permitted, Project X may display completed projects as portfolio examples or case studies. Confidential client information will not knowingly be publicly disclosed without appropriate authorization.

16. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Project X website for illegal activities, fraud, unauthorized access, malware distribution, abuse of our systems, scraping that materially harms our services, attempting to compromise website security, or impersonating Project X or another person. We reserve the right to restrict access where necessary to protect our website, systems, users, or business.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Project X will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of a website, application, service, or third-party platform. Any liability relating to a specific project will be governed primarily by the applicable project agreement. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Confidentiality

Project X may receive confidential business, technical, financial, or operational information from clients. Project X will take reasonable steps to protect confidential information and use it only for legitimate project-related purposes, subject to the applicable project agreement. Where stronger confidentiality obligations are needed, the parties may enter into a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement.

19. Termination

Either party may terminate a project according to the terms of the applicable project agreement. Upon termination, outstanding amounts may become payable, work completed up to the termination date may be delivered according to the agreement, access to certain services may be discontinued, and confidential information must continue to be protected.

20. Changes to These Terms

Project X may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of the website after an update may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, unless a written project agreement provides otherwise. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction and dispute-resolution mechanism specified in the applicable agreement.
